Paul Nisbet
A longtime resident of Mount Pleasant, Paul grew up on the shores of the Edisto River, lived in Summerville, SC for years, and is a veteran of the USAF and USC alumni.
In addition to receiving formal residential home inspection training and certification, Paul is from a family of builders and has thorough understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and construction.

David Drake
David is a 12-year resident of the Mount Pleasant area. He grew up on a Wisconsin dairy farm, where he developed a strong work ethic, and spent 30 years in Federal Law Enforcement. He retired in 2020 and spends his free time remodeling homes, kitchens, bathrooms, and building decks. David has a thorough understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction.
